Online coaching designed around your goals, lifestyle and training needs — whether you train from home, in the gym, or wherever you’re located. Receive personalised programming, weekly accountability, progress tracking and ongoing support from Armstrong Fitness PT to keep you moving towards results.
Membership terms:
Minimum 6-week commitment applies, membership continues weekly after initial term. 2 weeks’ written notice required for cancellation.

One time session -
New to the gym or not sure where to start ? This session is designed to help you feel confident and comfortable in the gym environment.
In this 30 minute 1:1 session, you’ll learn how to:
> Use key gym equipment correctly
> Build confidence in your training
> Understand the basics of your workouts
You’ll also receive a starter program to follow, so you can walk into the gym with a plan.
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a fresh start.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Coaching
A personalised 4-week coaching program designed to support you through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Includes customised programming, core + pelvic floor guidance, weekly check-ins and support. Train from home or in the gym with a program tailored to your stage.
Why 4-week coaching blocks?
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery can change quickly, which means your training needs to change too. Our 4-week coaching blocks allow your program to be tailored to your current stage, symptoms, goals, and progress—so you’re always training safely and effectively. If you’d like to continue, we’ll simply reassess and tailor your next block to suit your stage and goals.
A personalised 4-week pre/postnatal coaching program combining in-person support with tailored programming to help you train safely and confidently through pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
